• Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or incomplete products.
• Return requests should be made within 24hrs of delivery.
• Products should be unused and in original packaging where possible.
• Opened food, personal care, and hygiene products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
